Are you ready for “deep” history? This tour is one like no other as your group gets to experience what it was like with convict leasing in the coal mines of Birmingham, the arduous journey from Selma to Montgomery during the Civil Rights Era, the trek from the slave ship to the auction block in Montgomery, and explore the area where the last group of African slaves were unloaded in the United States—Mobile, AL. ***Note: Tour bus must be provided by group. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) and are effective when received. - Refund eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your cancellation/refund request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service. Requests received less than 48 hours before start time are not refundable. - If you cancel and request a refund (with 48+ hours’ notice), we will retain 25% of the invoice total as a non‑refundable administrative fee to cover scheduling, staffing/guide time, coordination, payment processing fees, and other preparation costs. The remaining 75% will be refunded. - If we must cancel due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid, or you may reschedule at no additional charge. - Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days.
