Service Description
This tour is tailored specifically for foreign exchange students and military families who currently take English as a Second Language courses. Guests will find this tour engaging and will expand their knowledge of our city, state, and nation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) and are effective when received. - Refund eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your cancellation/refund request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the service. Requests received less than 48 hours before start time are not refundable. - If you cancel and request a refund (with 48+ hours’ notice), we will retain 25% of the invoice total as a non‑refundable administrative fee to cover scheduling, staffing/guide time, coordination, payment processing fees, and other preparation costs. The remaining 75% will be refunded. - If we must cancel due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid, or you may reschedule at no additional charge. - Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days.
